Description

PLEASE READ: IF YOU'RE UNABLE TO MAKE THE SESSION, PLEASE REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE GAME AND GIVE ME AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE, AS SESSIONS ARE BASED ON NUMBER OF PEOPLE DUE TO ARRIVE. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO THESE SESSIONS, THIS IS MY OWN PERSONAL TIME SO PLEASE BARE IN MIND WHEN SIGNING UP TO JOIN. IF YOU DO NOT DO EITHER YOU WILL BE GIVE 'NO SHOW' AND NOT PERMITTED TO JOIN IN FUTURE SESSIONS.

Local training sessions for those in the Bexley area to dust off the cobwebs, get active and refine your touch with the ball. The sessions will be carried out in open, public spaces and all levels of fitness are welcome.

All weekly sessions will be on every Tuesday and Friday evenings at 7.30pm until we return to contact football and will run for a minimum of one hour. Done by 9pm.

NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Max 8 players (including myself)
- Social distancing in place - do NOT shake hands
- Hand gel/sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes will be available throughout (Gel must be used on hands before session)
- Footballs will be wiped with anti-bacterial wipes before each session

SESSION SCHEDULE
- Light HIIT warm up (if time)
- Football fitness exercises: passing, dribbling, touch, hurdles, ladders
