Every Wednesday between 7-8pm, 7/8 aside, 3g pitch, friendly and welcoming, low contact cos a few of us are too old to be picking up injuries.

• Be on time (1 hour game)
• Everyone is welcome to join
• No shouting, no aggressive behaviour
• Keep everybody involved in the game and be positive
• Enjoy the game and play to have fun
• £5 cash before the game starts
• Footwear: No blades, metal or soft ground studs. Astros or 3G boots recommended (Venue policy)

Game Play Rules

• Goalkeepers - Everybody takes a turn in goal. We rotate goalkeeper every 6 - 7 minutes
• Area - You can score in the area, goalkeeper is allowed out of the area.
• Pass back - Goalkeeper cannot pick up a pass back. If he does indirect free kick from edge of the area.
• Roll ins - If the ball goes out we play roll ins.
• Any kind of aggressive behaviour will NOT be tolerated
• Make sure you are in a mood to have fun & on time
• Ball goes over the fence - The kicker (even if it takes a deflection/save) has to retrieve immediately.
