You can wear boots, NO metal studs. Astros / AG boots are most suitable.
Please arrive early/on time as we only play for 1 hour and we want to make the most of it!
Rules
Goalkeepers: everybody is playing goalie. We rotate on goal every 5 - 6 minutes
Pass back not allowed (11 a side rule)
Keeper could come out of the area as a player
You could score in the "D" area
Any kind of aggressive behaviour will NOT be tolerated -Make sure you are in a mood to have fun
