Play padel football (Padbol) at the KickX Arena in Addlestone. You'll find a great video here (https://vimeo.com/889495601?share=copy)

The rules will be explained in more detail by our staff before your match. The GAME PLAY rules are:

the server kicks the ball from behind the service line, alternating sides (right and left), and must target the diagonally opposite service box on the opponent's side.

once the ball is in play, it is one touch at a time, with a minimum of one touch each, and players can hit it a maximum of three times between them, passing it back to the opponent’s side.

a team loses a point if the ball bounces twice on their side, they hit the ball out of bounds, use hands or arms, or if a player violates any of the service or volley rules.

scoring follows a tennis-like system: 15, 30, 40, and then game point. If both teams reach 40, a team must win by two consecutive points.

If anyone has played football tennis before down the park with their mates, you'll pick this up immediately!
