Description

Sign up to play in a free 5-a-side tournament celebrating the World Mental Health Awareness Day, it will be a friendly, fun and socialising tournament to raise mental health awareness rather than a dead competitive tournament!

The tournament is hosted and organised by West London NHS Trust and QPR FC with support of our amazing partner FootyAddicts.

Supporters, friends, family members welcome as the facility has cafe and bar for socialising and have a fun day together

This lineup will create two 5-a-side teams with 3 subs. 8 other teams will be playing in the tournament, but we thought give the community players to participate as well

Enrolment criteria
