  • Turn up 10 mins before so we can get teams sorted and have more playing time ! ⏰
  • NO SLIDE TACKLES
  • NO BACK PASS TO KEEPER
  • Kick ins
  • Everyone has a turn in goal (7 mins each)
  • All abilities welcome
  • We promote a healthy environment, aggression towards players and host will not be tolerated.

- Surface: All-weather 4G artificial grass
- Goals: Big sized goals, with sidelines
- Footwear: Astro-turfs or FG moulds , NO metal studs.
