Keepers Rotate Every 5-6 Minutes – Everyone gets a go between the sticks

Offside Applies (Clear & Obvious Only) – Keep it fair but flowing

Pass Back Rule In Effect – No picking up from a teammate’s pass or throw-in

Throw-ins Only – No foul throws, just from behind the head

Lost Ball? – If you kicked it over the fence, you're on retrieval duty!
