1. Play to the Whistle
   Ref says go, you go. Ref says stop, you stop. Simple as that!
   No self-refereeing – listen up and play fair!

   Leave the metal at home.
   Only trainers or moulded boots allowed to protect the pitch & players.

3. Respect the Referee
   No backchat. No attitude.
   The ref’s call is final – no VAR here!

4. No Slide Tackles
   We want ankles intact.
   Absolutely NO slide tackles – stay on your feet!

   Fouled someone? Admit it.
   Ball came off you? Say so.
   Fair play makes better football.
