Description

Are you looking to get fit and sharp for the rest of the season or just enjoy building up your football skills? With the help of this training you can make leaps and bounds!!

This game is for a co-operative training session where we will train together in a laid back positive environment and do drills/mini games/exercises to help improve ourselves followed by a match. Think of it as a boxing gym but for football.

We meet every thursday between 7-8pm. Sessions are 1-2 hours long and cost around £5 per session. All ages and fitness levels welcome.

We are looking for dedicated players who are serious about making progress in football and one on one coaching is also offered during the session. In the sessions we will work on:

-Shooting
-Foot speed and fast footwork
-Skills and agility
-First touch
-Dribbling
-Mentality and strategy
-Aerial Play
-Marking and movement
-Speed and explosiveness
-Power and strength

As well as a directed portion of the session, there will be time for you to work on your own on an area of your choice.

The sessions will take place at Catford Powerleague across the road from Catford bridge station.

Many players use the sessions to work on a desired area or just maintain fitness. The sessions are generally light-hearted and if you bring a friend you train for free!
