please only sign up if you are sure you will play or please free up your slot in good time if you cant make it so others can sign up. please be there 10 min earlier so we can sort teams out, we will give bibs out and play for 1hour. parking only available on side street. please change before arriving as no changing room on site only toilets. no smoking or swearing please.
