The Forest Sports Zone is Nottingham’s number one sports hub for local people and encourages them to be active and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Embracing the diversity, positivity and enthusiasm of its community, it offers a safe and professional environment for local people to engage in physical activity, skills training, organised sport and helps divert young people away from crime and anti-social behaviour.

Working with local community organisations and groups, The Forest Sports Zone provides flexible and accessible spaces for children, young people and members of the community to meet and take part in positive activities.
