This will be a training session for groups of six

Free parking is available on Albany Street single yellow lines

Please be responsible and adhere to the government's advice if you or anyone you have been in contact with has symptoms.

This has been posted as 11 a side to maximise numbers however training will be done in separate groups of 6.

Some light-hearted rules with serious undertones..
1) There are to be no hand shakes. Just elbow or fist bumps please.

2) The wearing of face masks is permitted however these will not be provided.

Playing surface
As mentioned, the session will be on grass and the surface will be marked out using cones and poles.
There will be two 12ft x 6ft metal goals (with nets). These are 9-a-side goals. These will be alternated by groups to ensure everyone trains with a goal.

Timing
Aiming for an 11am start therefore please ensure you arrive with enough time so that you can get ready and groups can be selected. If you are not ready or present by the start time, you may have to wait until the break to be allowed to join.

Please ensure that you are only signing up if you can play the whole game. We will be playing two halves of approximately 45mins each.

Group selection
Groups will be selected fairly on the day. Bibs and balls will be provided however please ensure you bring appropriate footwear as the surface will be grass.

Location
Will likely be setting up not far from The Hub. Please do not go into The Hub to ask for J4G as they get annoyed by this. Message me on WhatsApp (number below) for exact location on the day as I'll get to the park earlier to set up. Number is 07943 194 147
