60 minute early morning training session for anyone trying to get into shape and improve technically. Perfect AM workout before work!
I (Johan) am a C licensed coach with an enhanced DBS certificate.
Session structure:
- 10 minute warm-up
- 30 minute technical work (dependent on group structure and demand)
- 15 minutes fitness (football specific drills)
- 5 minute warm down
I provide all equipment - just turn up with your boots!
