About this game
Important Information
• Don't wear white or light grey tops please - we use bibs and pick the teams on the night
• Arrive on time for a 7pm kick off (1 hour booking)
• Please bring dark and light tops and try not to wear white
• All abilities are welcome to join
• Mix between regulars and new players
• If you have a football, feel free to bring it with you
• No selling or trading spots
• If you can no longer make it to the game, take yourself off the list ASAP to free the spot(s)

• No metal studs
• 7-a-side goals

Game Play Rules
• If the ball goes out of play we take roll-ins not throw-ins
• Stay on your feet - we try to keep the game low contact, some of us are too old to be picking up injuries
• No passbacks, the keeper can leave the area, you can score within the area
• Keep everybody involved in the game
• No shouting, no aggressive behaviour
• Goalkeepers change every 7mins
• Enjoy the game and be positive
