VERY IMPORTANT: Bring both dark and light tees ( Ideally black and white)

Be on time (1 hour booking)
No shouting, no aggressive behaviour
Keep everybody involved in the game
Keepers change every 7 minutes, keepers can stay longer in goal if they want
Can score in the area
Enjoy the game and be positive
