Rules
1a - Goalkeepers: The ball is in play as soon as it is on the ground from a goal kick, it can be attacked by the opposing team.
1b - You can only kick the ball out under head or throw it under arm below the waist
1c - No back pass, however the goalie can kick the ball over head only on a back pass.
1d - We rotate on goal every 6-7 minutes
2a - We do not use the walls, under arm throw in if it hits the wall and must be below the waist (Not sideways )
2b - Corner kicks Place the ball about 1 metre from the corner for the corner kick
2c - if a goal is scored it’s a centre kick off 2d - Free-kicks All free kicks are direct, opponents must stand 6ft away from the opposition.
3- Any kind of aggressive behaviour will NOT be tolerated.
4- Make sure you are in a mood to have fun and enjoy
5- Please be on time, if you could be there by 6-50pm we start at 7pm,
