Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the kick-off
Duration: 1-hour slot. Quick team selections and we’ll kick off
Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP

Surface: Artificial all weather 4G surface pitch
Goals: Short & wide, 5-a-side goals
Footwear: Astro boots or trainers only!
Facilities: Changing rooms and showers available
Parking: Limited parking available

How we play ⚽

Goalkeeping: Everyone goes in goal. Rotation every 5 minutes
Game Rules: Normal 11-a-side rules, you can score in the area and keepers can come out
Attitude: Encourage and support all players. Keep everybody involved in the game
Game Host: We play with no referee. Respect and honesty are key
