Astro Turf(TF), Artificial Grass(AG), or Trainers only!
NO Firm Grass(FG) footwear.

Bibs and Ball provided.

GAME RULES

Attackers Cannot enter the GK Area.
GK is allowed to come out the area but we do not encourage to play on the ball near opposition nor stand too far away from goal.
No Slide Tackles.
No Goal Hanging.
Each player takes 10mins in goal unless outfield players become tired then the player exchanging remains in goal for the remainder of the 10mins.
