• ⏱ 1.5/2 hour game (full 90 min game there will be a half time to switch sides)
• ⌚️ Be on time 10-15mins before kick-off
• ✅ Ok to score in the area, normal 11 a side rules
• 👍 Rotate keepers every 7-8 mins
• ❌ No shouting, No aggressive behaviour
• 🙏🏼 Respect the hosts' decision
• 🆕 A mix of regular and new players
• ⚽ Full size 11-a-side pitch

• Game On: 14+ players, the game will be on. The organiser will cancel the session if not enough in and issue a refund

• Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP. Latecomers risk losing their spot.

• Bring a ball if you have one, it's always good to have a spare

Footwear: Astros, moulds, AG studs or trainers only (venue’s requirement), no metal studs.
