Meeting Point: Outside the pitch
Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the kick-off. Latecomers might risk losing their spot.
Duration: 1-hour slot. Brief intros, team selections and we’ll kick off
Game On: 8+ players, the game will be on. The goals can be moved to make a smaller pitch if needed. The organiser will cancel the session if not enough in and issue a refund
Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP. No spot selling/trading allowed!

Bring both a light and dark top in case of no bibs. Teams are selected on the pitch.

Entrance: Enter the Car Park from Forest St, then through a set of double doors, then up a set of stairs across the footbridge onto the pitch.
Surface: Quality 4G artificial grass surface
Goals: 7-a-side goals, with sidelines
Footwear: Astros or trainers are best, no metal studs or metal blades
Facilities: Changing rooms and showers temporarily unavailable
Closest Stations: Wanstead Park, Forest Gate
Parking: Limited on-site parking available

Goalkeeping: Everyone goes in goal. Rotation every 5 minutes
Game Rules: Hosts decide the area rules on the day - No slide tackles allowed
Attitude: Encourage and support all players. Keep everybody involved in the game
Game Host: We play with no referee. Respect and honesty are key
Equipment: It never hurts to have an extra ball, so bring one if you have
