Rules:
* No overhead (ball should be kept below board height)
* No pass back to the goal-keeper
* Only keeper allowed in the area (we rotate keepers)
* Otherwise standard 5-a-side rules

Venue:
* Changing rooms/showers available
* Nearest tube is White City (Central Line) or Wood Lane (Hammersmith & City / Circle Line)
* Best to wear astroturf trainers / no studs please
* Please try to be on-time or you risk losing your place!
