Football in Brum 🏙️

Join us if you are looking to play casual 6-a-side football in Birmingham. This social and inclusive game is open to players of all skills and abilities.

Game details. Read carefully 👇

Meeting Point: At the pitch
Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the kick-off. Latecomers might risk losing their spot.
Duration: 1-hour slot. Brief intros, team selections and we’ll kick off.
Game On: 10+ players, the game will be on. The organiser will cancel the session and issue a refund if not enough on the list.
Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP. No spot selling/trading allowed!

Kit instructions 👕
Bring both a light and dark top in case of bib colour clashes. Teams are selected on the pitch.

Surface: All-weather artificial grass with touchlines.
Footwear: Strict footwear policy - boots with MOULDED STUDS/BLADES ALLOWED. Astros, trainers are NOT allowed.
Facilities: Toilet on-site.
Parking: Free on-site parking.
Public Transport: 20mins walk from Aston Station. Bus routes nearby; 7, 8A/8C, 33, 51

How we play

Goalkeeping: Everyone goes in goal. Rotation every 9 minutes.
Game Rules: No slide tackles allowed. Only keepers in the area. Keepers cannot come out of the area.
Attitude: Encourage and support all players. Keep everybody involved in the game.
Game Host: We play with no referee. Respect and honesty are key. Game host has final word.
Wayward Shot? If the ball goes over a fence, go and fetch it please.
Equipment: It never hurts to have an extra ball, so bring one if you have.
