Football in Solihull 🫶
Join us if you are looking to play casual 8-a-side football in Birmingham. This social and inclusive game is open to players of all skills and abilities.
## Game details. Read carefully 👇
Meeting Point: Pitch 3 (far end). Walk down path next to the athletics track car park. Follow path round and turn right over little bridge where you’ll see the pitch. Here's a short video to show the way (watch here)
Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the kick-off. Latecomers might risk losing their spot.
Duration: 1-hour slot. Brief intros, team selections and we’ll kick off.
Game On: 12+ players, the game will be on. The organiser will cancel the session and issue a refund if not enough on the list.
Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP. No spot selling/trading allowed!

Kit instructions 👕
Bring both a light and dark top in case of bib colour clashes. Teams are selected on the pitch.

Surface: All-weather artificial grass with touchlines.
Footwear: Moulds are best, no metal studs or metal blades.
Facilities: No toilets or changing rooms available.
Parking: Free on-site parking. Make sure to get a free pay & display ticket from the car park machines.
### How we play ⚽
Goalkeeping: Everyone goes in goal. Rotation every 7-8 minutes.
Game Rules: No slide tackles allowed. Ok to go in the areas.
Attitude: Encourage and support all players. Keep everybody involved in the game.
Game Host: We play with no referee. Respect and honesty are key. Game host has final word.
Wayward Shot? If the ball goes over a fence, go and fetch it please.
Equipment: It never hurts to have an extra ball, so bring one if you have.
