Football in Parrs Wood Manchester 👊

This session is very relaxed and easy-going. It’s NOT a competitive game at all. Join us if you are looking to play casual football in south Manchester near Didsbury. This social and inclusive game is open to players of all skills and abilities. It’s more about fun than winning!

Game details. Read carefully 👇

Meeting Point: Outdoor astro pitch to the back of the school downhill.
Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the kick-off. Latecomers might risk losing their spot.
Duration: 1-hour slot. Brief intros, we usually do some light warm up drills before the game.
Game On: 6+ players, the session will be on. The goals can be moved to make a smaller pitch if needed. This becomes more of a training session with low numbers. The organiser will cancel the session if not enough in and issue a refund
Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP. No spot selling/trading allowed!

How we play ⚽

Goalkeeping: Everyone goes in goal. Rotation every 5 minutes
Game Rules: Hosts decide the area rules on the day - No slide tackles allowed
Attitude: Encourage and support all players. Keep everybody involved in the game
Game Host: We play with no referee. Respect and honesty are key
Equipment: It never hurts to have an extra ball, so bring one if you have
