Description
Football for Wellbeing Hub - NHS
West London NHS Trust peer support team formed a partnership with the Queens Park Rangers Football Club and the Footy Addicts Company to provide a “Football for Wellbeing Hub” open to all males in West London including the community, service users and West London NHS Trust workers. We work together to create wellbeing spaces in the community and improve physical and mental health in a fun and inclusive environment.
Just to clarify it will be a therapeutic football session included players who are experiencing mental health difficulties and not a competitive football session if you would like to consider!
