Meet at the 5-a-side pitches at 11:15am sharp to warm up and so we can arrange teams.
11:30am start time.

Pitches are empty at this time so we normally have a 90min game.
Powerleague style cages, we all rotate in goal.
Bibs are provided.
But bring a light/red colour and a dark colour top on the day as well
