📋 RULES
• ❌ No-shows or late pull-outs = blocked
• No slide or wild tackles
• No goals from your own half
• When the ball goes out, restart with a low kick - keep it below knee height.

• 1hr 30mins match, bibs provided
• Pop-up goals
