• Duration: ⏱ 1-hour game – Arrive 10 mins before kick-off.
  
• Rules:
  
  • Rotate goalkeepers every 5 mins twice. 🧤
    
  • 🙏 Respect the host’s decisions.
    
  • Footwear: Flat shoes, or similar barefoot only, even normal trainers or multi (❌ No metal studs).
    

This is a fast-paced indoor game, perfect for improving stamina and ball control. Occasionally, we allow sometimes ONLY one extra player for substitutions to prevent last-minute dropouts or injuries.
