• Arrive by: 8:50 PM latest to sort teams and start on time
• Pitch Name at Reception: "Shakeeb – 7-a-side pitch" (check pitch number on arrival)
• Game Format: 7-a-side (including GKs)
• Players: Males only (18+)
• Footwear: No metal studs – moulded boots or astro trainers only
• Tops: Any colour top is fine – just bring both dark and light options for team balance

⚖️ Powerleague Rules
• ❌ No players in the goal area (box):
• Attacking players: Goal disallowed if scored from inside the box
• Defending players: Penalty awarded if you enter your own box
• ✅ Backpasses to keepers are allowed
• ❌ No slide tackles – for safety
• 🤝 Respect is key – no aggressive play or arguing decisions
• ❗ Goalkeeper Rule: If the goalkeeper touches the ball outside of the box, the opposing team will be awarded a penalty.

• ✅ Message me to confirm your name and position – we want to make sure we get teams balanced
• ❌ If you can’t make it, click “Leave Game” ASAP to free up your spot for someone else
• 🎽 Bring both a dark and light top (bibs are available, but it helps with team setup)
• 🕘 Be on time – latecomers slow down the game for everyone

💳 Payment Policy & Refunds
• 💰 Game Fee: Payment is required in advance via Footy Addicts to secure your spot
• 🔁 Refunds / Cancellations:
• Full refunds are available only if you cancel 24+ hours before kick-off
• No refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours), no-shows, or arriving too late to play
• ✅ If you can't attend, please leave the game on the app as soon as possible so someone else can take your spot
• ❗ Refunds are processed directly through Footy Addicts, not by the host
• 🚫 No trading or selling of spots: Players cannot trade or sell their spot to another person without prior confirmation from the host. If you need to cancel or transfer, please use the Footy Addicts app to update your status.
• 📲 No Show Policy: If you do not turn up to the session and haven't cancelled in advance, you will be marked as a no show. Repeated no-shows may lead to removal from future sessions. Please respect everyone’s time and make sure to update your status if you're unable to attend
