Description
6-a-side House Rules (Thurs, 5:30pm)
👉 Be there by 5:15pm for a quick stretch and to sort teams.
Keepers: Hands only in the box. No back-pass pick-ups. 6 secs to get rid.
Offside: Doesn’t exist.
Tackling: No slide tackles. Shoulder bumps are fine, just keep it safe.
High balls: Over head height is fine, just don’t be daft.
Free kicks: Everything’s direct, wall back 3m.
Pens: One step only. Keeper stays on the line.
Restarts: Keepers throw/roll or kick from the ground (no drop-kicks)
