Competitive 11 a side Football in Wanstead Park. Only join if you have HIGH LEVEL OF FITNESS & GOOD LEVEL OF ABILITY. Anyone playing selfish, acting lazy or shouting abuse will be removed from the game & banned permanently.

Regular attendees will get priority

Anyone dropping out 24 hours prior to kickoff will be marked as no show which will impact your reliability rating

If you turn up in trainers you will not play. Ideally bring blades (astro turfs for summer only)

●Be on time (1.5 hour game - 45 min each half)
●Keep everybody involved in the game
● No shouting, no aggressive behaviour
● Appointed Captains to only make calls
●No slide tackles
