* Be on time (arrive 5mins early pls)
* Keep everybody involved in the game
* No shouting, no aggressive behaviour
* Goalkeepers change every 6mins
* Can score in the area
* No slide tackles
* Enjoy the game and be positive
* No metal studded footwear
