West London NHS Trust is proud to deliver these FA approved free sessions in collaboration with FootyAddicts & EveryOne Active

The West London NHS Trust “Football for Wellbeing Hub" is a non-medical initiative outreach programme open to adults in the West London area. It uses football as a therapeutic tool to support the recovery of individuals facing mental health challenges and to prevent mental health crises from developing after early mild signs. This initiative aligns with the NHS long-term strategy of prevention priorities, also the FA long-term strategy of accessible Football for all.

Game details. Read carefully 👇

Duration:
- One and half an hour session, half an hour intros, team selections and we’ll kick off at 6pm
- Half an hour optional stay to socialise or discuss your mental health concern with our mental health professional in a private space

Meeting Point: Meet next to the SSP2 pitch. If unsure, ask at reception which pitch the NHS football for wellbeing game is on.

Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the kick-off. Latecomers might risk losing their spot.

Game On: 16 players, the game will be on. The organiser will cancel the session if not enough in.

Attitude: We promote a friendly atmosphere – no shouting or aggressive behaviour. Respect venue staff and follow their instructions
Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP.

** Player are encouraged and responsible for playing safe and behaving professionally during the game.
* In case of incidents the provider (West London NHS Trust or commissioner (Everyone Active) or (Footy Addicts company) are not liable.
* Respect other attendees and best behaviour during the game.
* Adherence to rich football culture and fair-play and remember we are playing to improve our health and wellbeing.
* Football game rules: all 11 aside rules apply, no off side, no sliding, suitable cloths and Astroturf football shoes or boots.

Disrespectful behaviour and aggressive play will lead to:
1. Caution
2. Yellow card
3. Red card, meaning the player has to leave the pitch and facility immediately
4. Limited ban (a week to one month)
5. Permanent ban to attend
