π€ Meeting point: Pitch 3 (furthest away pitch as you enter from the car park)
βοΈ Be on time 10-15 mins before kick-off or risk losing your spot

π Duration: 1-hour slot. Brief intros, team selections and weβll kick off
β No shouting, no aggressive behaviour, fair play and respect at all times
ππΌ Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP if you are on the list and don't turn up without removing your name, you will be marked as a no-show
π A mix of regular and new players
π Everyone takes a turn in goal at least twice (usually every 5 mins or so)
β½ Feel free to bring an extra ball if you have one, it never hurts to have a spare
βοΈ Game On: 14+ players, the game will be on. The organiser will cancel the session if there is not enough in and issue a refund

Surface: All-weather 3G artificial grass, playing on a third of an 11-a-side pitch so plenty of space
Footwear: Astros, moulds, AG studs or trainers only (venueβs requirement), no metal studs.
Facilities: Changing rooms and showers are available

Goalkeeping: Everyone goes in goal. Rotation every goal or two
Game Rules: No slide tackles, normal 7-a-side rules, kick ins not throw ins
