6ā7 a side on grass, 1 hour plus. No goals from your own half. Bibs and pop-up goals provided. No slide tackles or reckless challenges. Keep communication positive - no lazy play or slacking . Low-kick restarts below knee height. Kick-off 10:00 AM SHARP. We play regardless of weather.
