We host a social 5-a-side game at Westway Sports Centre in West London. All abilities are welcomed!

Cost: FREE
Location: Westway Sports Centre, 1 Crowthorne Road, W10 6RP – changing rooms are available on site. Nearest Tube station is Latimer Road
Pitch: 1
Kick Off: 5pm start – be sure to arrive a bit early – late comers may lose their spot
Attendance: If you can no longer make it then please remove yourself from the group
Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the kick-off. Latecomers might risk losing their spot
Duration: 1 hour slot, teams decided at the pitch – 8+ players means the game goes ahead
Kit: bring one dark and one light top. Astro/3G boots or trainers – no blades/studs. Teams selected at the venue
Format and Rules
Goalkeeping: Goalkeepers will rotate every five minutes unless there is a full time keeper
Rules: Normal five a side rules – only keepers in the area, no slide tackles, fouls called by the player in control of the ball, overhead height and headers are allowed. If there are less than 10 players then the rules may alter slightly to ensure a fair game
Attitude: This is a friendly game and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. We self referee so honesty is integral to a successful game
