Minds United’s Pan-Disability Futsal sessions provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for adults with disabilities to take part in structured indoor football. The sessions are designed for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, neurodiverse conditions, and mental health challenges who want to improve their fitness, build confidence, and enjoy social connection through sport. Activities focus on fun, teamwork, skill development, and wellbeing rather than competition, with experienced coaches providing guidance and encouragement at all levels of ability.
Eligibility Requirements:
Participants must have a disability to attend these sessions.
Sessions are strictly for adults aged 18 and over in line with Minds United Sports Club CIC’s service offer.
The programme aims to reduce isolation, promote positive mental health, and create clear pathways into volunteering, training, and community engagement within an inclusive and respectful environment.
