5-a-side game run by a group of friends in their 30s.

There is a competitive and physical edge to the game but we do not allow dangerous or sliding - usual group is all men but women are welcome.

Quality is average to good but we try and match teams well - all abilities welcome!

• Games at 7pm at Castlehaven / Camden Rhino Turf - NW1 8RU
• Playing colours are red and black tops so please bring either or both
• No studs or blades just astros or trainers
• No dangerous or slide tackles
• Goalies rotate every 5 mins or so
• Goalies aren’t allowed out the D-area but attackers are
• If the ball goes out on the sides it’s a kicked in throw in
• If goes behind is goal kick or corner
