About this game
A very good standard football game on a top-quality pitch. The best eight guys from one regular football booking against the best eight guys from another, this is something of a regular 'grudge' match that we play against one another.
All we need to complete our team is a goalkeeper, as none of us are in any way experts at that position!
While a friendly fixture, this is a game none of us want to lose, although at the same time, there's no needless shouting or OTT fouls, as it's all about having fun, ultimately.
The game lasts for one hour, and if you're willing to play in goals, it's free of charge. As it's an 8-a-side pitch, the same rules of 11-a-side football apply. Please be on time, as kick-off is 10am sharp. We've got a full quota of outfield players, so please don't put yourself down to play if you're not going to go in goals.
