- 2 HOURS (8-10pm)!!
- Pitch 1 (closest to Leisure centre)
- 3G artificial grass all weather surface
- Short goals
- You can wear AstroTurf boots, no metal or moulded studs
- Changing rooms available close by
- Closest station Mile End (Central Line) & Westferry (DLR). 7 mins walk
- Meet outside the pitch 10 minutes before kick off (Pitch 1)
Game play
- Goalkeepers: everybody is playing goalie. We rotate on goal every 10 minutes
- No scoring in the area
- No return pass back to keeper
- Any kind of aggressive behaviour will NOT be tolerated
- Make sure you are in a mood to have fun
- Be on time
- The game will go ahead with 14 or more players
