• Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may lose their spot

To keep games running smoothly and ensure fairness for everyone, please follow:

⏳ Sign-Out Deadline

• You must sign out at least 5 hours before kick-off if you cannot attend

❌ No-Show Policy

• If you stay signed up and do not show up, you are still required to pay your share

🔁 Repeat Sign-Ups

• Miss a game without showing and sign up the following week?
  • You must pay for BOTH weeks

⏱️ Late Arrival Fine

• Arriving 30+ minutes late results in a £1.50 fine
• This helps reduce disruption and ensures games start on time
