🫱🏽‍🫲🏻Meeting point: Pitch 7 dedicated 7-a-side pitch outside

⌚️ Be on time at least 5 mins before kick-off or risk losing your spot

🤙🏽Vibe - play the game with a positive attitude and keep everyone involved in the game

🕘Duration: 1-hour slot, team selections, and we'll kick-off at 9am

❌No shouting, no aggressive behaviour, fair play and respect at all times

🙏🏽Attendance: If you can't make it, ensure you remove your name from the list ASAP if you are on the list and don't turn up without removing your name, you will be marked as a no-show

🆕 A mix of regular and new players

🧤 🧤 Everyone takes a turn in goal at least twice (usually every 5 mins or so)

Game On: 10+ players, the game will be on. The organiser will cancel the session if there is not enough in and issue a refund

There will be bibs, generally orange so wear any colour but that.

Venue information

Surface: All-weather 3G artificial grass.
Footwear: Astros, moulds, AG studs or trainers only (venue's requirement), no metal studs.
Facilities: Changing rooms and showers are available
Parking: On-site parking available

Directions: On Scotland St just off the M74 and M8 motorways. 2 mins walk from West St and Shields underground

How we play

Goalkeeping: Everyone goes in goal. Rotation every goal or two
Game Rules: No slide tackles, normal 5-a-side rules, keeper only in the area
Vibe: Encourage and support all players. Keep everybody involved in the game
Game Host: We play with no referee. Respect and honesty are key

Equipment: Ball will be provided
