Game Details: Please Read Carefully π
π Footwear: AstroTurf or Trainers shoes are recommended. G2 pitch, Moulded studs, Metal studs or blades are not permitted.
β° Duration:
Two hour slot. Meet up at 11:45, brief intros, team selections, and weβll kick off at 12noon.
An optional half-hour session will follow for unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges. This session will provide tailored employment support based on your needs.
Venue Information π
π Footwear: AstroTurf or Trainers shoes are recommended. Moulded studs, Metal studs or blades are not permitted.
β½ Surface: All-weather, high-quality 2G artificial grass.
π Transport: Nearest underground, Warwick Avenue Station, Warwick Avenue.

ΏοΈ Parking: Saturdays and Sundays free carpark next to the pitch.
π Kit Instructions: We will provide you with two sets of coloured bibs.
π’ Address: Amberley pitch - opposite number 105 Downfield Court, Downfield Cl, Amberley Rd, W9 2JZ.
π Meeting Point: Please meet next to the Hockey pitch in the middle of racing track. If you are unsure, ask at reception which pitch the NHS Football for Wellbeing game is on.
π Time: Arrive 15 minutes before kick-off. Latecomers risk losing their spot.
β οΈ Game Status: The game will take place with minimum 12 players. The organiser will cancel the session if there are not enough participants.
π Attitude: We promote a friendly atmosphereβno shouting or aggressive behavior. Please respect the venue staff and follow their instructions.
π Attendance: If you cannot attend, please remove your name from the list as soon as possible. By booking yourself, you agree to our terms and conditions. Players are encouraged to play safely and behave professionally during the game. The West London NHS Trust is not liable for any incidents that occur.
π€ Respect and Behavior: Treat other attendees with respect and maintain good behavior during the game. Adhere to rich football culture and fair play; remember we play to improve our health and wellbeing.
βοΈ Football Game Rules: All standard 11-a-side rules apply. There is no offside rule, and sliding tackles are not allowed. Please wear appropriate clothing and football shoes.
π Disciplinary Actions: Disrespectful behavior and aggressive play will lead to:
1. β οΈ Caution
2. π‘ Yellow card
3. π₯ Red card (the player must leave the pitch and facility immediately)
4. π« A ban (ranging from one week to one month)
5. β A permanent ban from attending
We will also adhere to the Footy Addicts Code of Conduct and prioritise fair play and respect for all participants.
