Facilities
- Showers and changing room facilities (you may have to ask the staff)
- Parking available - bring the right change, 1.50 per two hours
- Bibs provided, typically 'Light' and 'Dark' tops otherwise

Rules
- Shooting allowed inside the box
- Goalkeeper can come out of the box
- Regular keeper swaps to give everyone time on the pitch
- No slide tackling
- Preferably no studs, moulded and astro all fine
